The flotilla has exposed the fact that when it comes to Israel, Western governments are either paralysed with fear or prioritise the Israeli genocidal cause over the well-being of their own citizens.
We elect these people expecting them to assume some level of responsibility for our collective welfare, but it's clear that whatever social contact existed between governments and the people in the past is gone. At best, you are on your own. At worst, it's us against them.
