Facts you may not know about Venezuelan Nobel Peace Prize laureate María Corina Machado:
She signed a cooperation agreement with Israel's Likud party in 2020 on political, ideological, social, and security matters.
She supported Netanyahu in his war on Gaza.
She pledged to restore relations with Israel if she wins the presidency.
Her winning the prize represents a moral degradation. I reject awarding María this prize because she supports Israeli terrorism. What kind of “peace” is she promoting just to win an award? I do not recognize this prize and I do not trust it.
