So the General Medical Council is trying to silence at her hearing this morning.
I have been shown copies of their submission to the Tribunal. They are breathtaking in their arrogance, defamation, smears and hubris. I will share extracts here.
First the GMC says the following:
a. The GMC strongly oppose any application from Dr Aladwan to ask direct questions of the panel members and GMC counsel at any stage during the course of these proceedings.
b. It is wholly inappropriate and driven by a motivation to undermine the professional responsibilities of parties involved in this hearing, as well as undermine the process as a whole and peddle a narrative that persons involved in this process lack objectivity, fairness and independence. That is refuted in the strongest terms and robustly objectionable.
It certainly is objectionable for the GMC to pretend that it is able to determine in the place of the tribunal whether there has been bias in the process (and as we will see, there has been manifest bias).
And in practice the panel has gone along with the GMC's outrageous attempts to create a Kangaroo Court. As we see below (in the quoted post) Dr Rahmeh was stopped mid-sentence by a panel member from addressing the panel.
This means that Dr Rahmeh is unable to challenge the panel on questions of conflict of interest and bias. At the last hearing, I understand, she asked for a conflict of interest statement from panel and GMC. This is a fundamental principle in medical ethics.
Such concerns are shown by the document submitted by the GMC to be well-founded. In one extraordinary citation of the case examiner who took the decision to refer to the Tribunal the following was stated:
‘…I would not have referred the matter back were it not for Dr Aladwan’s alleged further comments of a similar and arguably more concerning nature. Her comments appear to have taken on an increasingly racist/antisemitic flavour and she has been more explicit in her support for proscribed groups and terrorist acts, including the Al Aqsa flood.’
There is no racist 'flavour' to Dr Rahmeh's remarks and nor was 'Al Aqsa flood' a 'terrorist' act. The case examiner is either a convinced Zionist or has been brainwashed or bullied into accepting the lies of the Zionist movement.
The document attempts to rebut the suggestion of bias:
The decision to refer was not the result of external coercion, a surrender of independent judgement, due to apparent bias, improper purpose or that the GMC’s independence has been compromised as suggested by the defence.
The attempted rebuttal is absolutely laughable saying that the decision was made before any legal challenge by the genocidal Campaign Against Antisemitism.
And yet, in the very next paragraph the GMC admits the referral was as a result of complaints made by the CAA and the equally genocidal UK Lawyers for Israel.
Both of these groups are direct cutouts of the Tel Aviv regime. The CAA is funded directly by Zionist regime connected groups and the UKLFI was set up at the instigation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Zionist colony. Both groups should be shut down for promotion of genocide and for being agents of a hostile foreign regime.
It gets worse. The GMC included two pages of information on the Met Police's outrageous and politically motivated arrest of Dr Rahmeh earlier this week. It concludes with the sentence below saying that the public interest requires she is suspended simply because of a police investigation.
This is an outrageous misuse of the rules of procedure and shows that the GMC is not fit for purpose. It has been infiltrated and colonised as well as pressured and intimidated by the Zionist movement.
