The recognition of Palestine initiative is an insidious trick and here’s why…
To begin with, the State Of Palestine they are recognising, according to France, must be “demilitarised” & the textbooks will even be controlled by the West, which means this proposal for “Two-States” is more or less Trump’s deal of the century 2.0.
President Macron just said that opening the embassy in Paris will be conditioned on the “release of all hostages”, yet Israel already says it won’t stop the war with their release.
Like the imperialists they are, these disingenuous mass murderers who have aided Israel’s genocide demand Hamas cannot have a roll in Palestinian politics. In other words, there will be no Democracy.
They also claim that they’ll deploy an international force to help, while the PA will be tasked with disarming Gaza. In other words, civil war, or even worse, foreign intervention & regime change in Gaza that will cost Western taxpayers.
Additionally, this force will only be deployed with Israel’s approval. In other words, they will be working alongside Israel to do their bidding in Gaza.
I could go on, but this isn’t a proposal for “two-States”, it’s a get out of jail free card for their Israeli lovers who don’t even accept the proposal.
However, this is the plan that will go forth if Netanyahu is removed from government. In other words, it is a plan to permanently eliminate Palestinian Statehood, to wash away the criminal behaviour of Western & Arab rulers who stood by Israel’s side this entire time. To incorporate a non-contiguous series of Palestinian bantustans into the Greater Israel project, just as it is working on doing with Lebanon & Syria. All demilitarised, defenceless enclaves who are the slaves of the Israelis.
But the world now sees the truth. Your crimes are inked into the pages of history, your games that you have played since Oslo will fail.
Why? Because every time these weasels, like Macron, underestimate the steadfastness of the Palestinian people & those who truly stand by them in struggle.
No, your colonial ambitions will not succeed & your crusade will be defeated.
