The recognition of Palestine and the massive growth of protest against Israeli crimes provide a good opportunity to remind ourselves that Israelis support and enable the genocide. Aware of this, Israelis harp on antisemitism, "proving" that hatred towards Israel is "not related to Israel's actions" which frees Israel to do whatever it wants (expel and kill the Palestinians) without compunction.
This is a lie. The struggle is a struggle for humanity. Israel is the most powerful practitioner of dehumanization in the world today. It remains the most effective realization of the racist fantasy that has underpinned a "global" order for centuries. This order is on its death bed. It can be replaced by MAGA-like authroitarianism or by an order based on human solidarity. The protests and struggle against Israel are calls for human solidarity.
