Here’s The True History of AIPAC
The AZC was founded in 1949 as an umbrella organization coordinating pro-Israel activities. It engaged in public relations, lobbying, and advocacy to promote ISRAELI interests in the United States.
In the early 1960s, the U.S. Justice Department, under Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy and President JFK, investigated the AZC for receiving funds from the government of Israel.
Senator J. William Fulbright in 1962–1963 further exposed the AZC’s funding and coordination with Israeli officials, prompting JFK and the Justice Department to order the AZC to register as a foreign agent in 1962 under FARA.
President JFK made multiple attempts to get AZC to register.
Instead of complying with the FARA registration, the AZC effectively ceased operations, and in 1963, after JFK was assassinated, a new separate entity was created by former AZC staff, notably Isaiah L. Kenen.
That newly constructed entity is known as AIPAC!
After JFK’s assassination, AIPAC was structured deliberately as an “American lobbying organization”, funded by private U.S. donations (infiltration) rather than foreign entities.
