Netanyahu bombed Qatar for two reasons: Destroy the slightest chance of a ceasefire/prisoner swap deal. Bury his Qatargate scandal; that his two closest advisors were muscling Qatar for money in return for positive coverage of Doha (both of them have been charged for it).
