Blumenthal is spot on—the Israelis have lost the narrative, and the American voter is livid with Trump's ongoing support for Israel. After promising to get us out of endless wars, the U.S. finds itself in full-throated backing of Israel's Gaza genocide, pouring billions into the carnage while domestic needs rot. Trump's Republicans will get creamed in the midterms, their "America First" facade shattered by this foreign entanglement. They and their Zionist backers should best remember the nursery rhyme Humpty Dumpty: "Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall. All the king's horses and all the king's men couldn't put Humpty together again." That's the GOP right now—teetering on irrelevance, and no amount of AIPAC cash or Netanyahu photo-ops can glue back the fractured base.
