The local Zionist lobby freaking out because although they hate Anthony Albanese for being insufficiently lacking in pro-Israel fervour, they worry that Netanyahu's actions and rhetoric will force the hand of Canberra to impose some/more sanctions, taking further action against Israel's mass slaughter in Gaza.
In short, Australia has been shamefully weak on Israel's genocide and now, nearly 2 years after it began, Netanyahu and his regime have become even more rogue than ever.
A majority of Australians oppose Israeli actions and Netanyahu will consolidate these feelings:
