The West promoted Salafism/Wahhabism through Saudi Arabia to create terror groups like Al-Qaeda (and later ISIS). A decade after the 9/11 attacks, the US redeployed Al-Qaeda in Libya and Syria via Qatar and Erdogan.
The terror isn't Islamic, it's Western.
