I am amazed that this has to be explained over and over again to people who still don't seem to get it. But still they say: Aren't we funding Israel because they're people chosen by God? Didn't Moses kill evil people, too? Chuh!
God did not choose Zionists, an artifact of 19th century politics and a perversion of a League of Nation mandate ordering Britain, given control after the fall of the Ottoman Empire, to see that Palestine obtain democratic sovereignty.
Moses did not kill Palestinians. He killed worshipers of Baal who for the assurance of a good harvest would have sex orgies in their temples and throw their children onto sacrificial gridirons.
Even then those to be killed were first offered a chance for conversion and acceptance into Mosaic society.
