Air drops of humanitarian aid have just begun in Gaza. Many of the parachutes landed in areas that Israel classifies as “red zones.” This morning, the Israeli army issued a statement saying it would “pause military operations” but warned people not to enter the red zones.

This morning, the Israeli army issued a statement saying it would “pause military operations” but warned people not to enter the red zones.
Translation: if you try to reach the aid, you’ll be killed.
And guess what? Israel also announced it would pause operations in the so‑called “white zones.”
Either way, if you try to survive, you’ll be killed.
