NEW: , in coordination with and other countries, submits #UNGA draft resolution stressing need for accountability in order to ensure #Israel's respect of international law obligations. Draft res calls on #UN member states to individually and collectively take all measures necessary, in line with international law and the UN Charter, to ensure Israeli compliance with said obligations. Vote set for Thursday afternoon during resumed #Palestine Emergency Special Session under Uniting for Peace.
