It would also have been helpful to emphasize that the use of force is a clear violation of the UN Charter under article 2(4) plus numerous resolutions and that attacking nuclear facilities under safeguards is an act of aggression as provided for in the unanimously adopted SC resolution 487 (1981) re Israel’s attack on Iraq’s research reactor
