It seems US has made the decision (if it wasn't already made) to attack Iran. Making Iran an offer it has to refuse is just a pretext for an American attack.

It seems US has made the decision (if it wasn't already made) to attack Iran. Making Iran an offer it has to refuse is just a pretext for an American attack. If Iran accepts "zero enrichment" (surrender), US/Israel would view Iran as even weaker and more ripe for regime change.
