When China announced its Rare Earth Elements export ban in April I called it a masterstroke. It looks even better now. No exports for military use permitted. Every US missile or AD interceptor Israel fires is irreplaceable without REE. And stockpiles are very low after three years of war in Ukraine and two years of genocidal destruction on a scale never before imagined in Palestine. China will bring Peace by denying the materials for wider war. In the meanwhile the world understands Meta complicity in WhatsApp and Instagram assassination targeting and Indian RAW complicity in Mossad spying and sabotage operations. The shape of global East and South cooperation on communications, technology, and security is about to change dramatically.
