The 'leftist' David Ben Gurion was chairman of Jewish Agency for Palestine from 1935 and later executive head of World Zionist Organization. He revealed the territorial ambitions of Zionism's Israel:
- 1936: “A partial Jewish State is not the end, but only the beginning. I am certain that we can not be prevented from settling in the other parts of the country and the region.”
-1938: “The boundaries of Zionist aspiration include southern Lebanon, southern Syria, today’s Jordan, all of Cis-Jordan (West Bank) and the (Egyptian) Sinai,” he told the World Council of Poale Zion in Tel Aviv.
Ben Gurion became first prime minister of Israel from 1948. Ben-Gurion’s leftist Mapai party was democratic socialist (Mapai later reformed into Israel’s Labour Party… which recently reformed into The Democrats party led by Yair Golan).
In 1947-49, the leftist Ben-Gurion was responsible for leading or overseeing the widespread terrorist attacks, ethnic cleansings (over half of the Palestinian population), crimes against humanity (genocide, murder, extermination, deportation & forcible transfer, rape, imprisonment, torture, persecution, apartheid, enforced disappearances, other inhumane acts committed in widespread and systematic attacks against civilian population), violent land seizures (half of the 42.33% of Mandatory Palestine’s land that was allotted to the 70% majority Palestinian Arabs who owned 85% of Palestine’s land) and settler colonization… which enabled the establishment of the state of Israel in 1948.
