"Israel essentially sold itself as the solution to your problems. You got a problem with terrorism? You got a problem with dissidents? You got a problem with troublemakers? Come to us we've been doing this for years against Palestinians let us show you how to do it.
So Israel Israel's Homeland Security industry explodes [in the past few decades]. They are able to promote their wares to everything from providing security for major sporting events to testing drones over Gaza.
In 2007-8, some of those drones now are used by the European Union over the Mediterranean. Those drones are unarmed but they have being used to so-called "monitor" refugees and the fact that the European Union has made a decision in the last 7-8 years to let people drown deliberately who are brown or black that's essentially the unofficial EU policy.
