She spelled it out: US advisors embedded in 12 Ukrainian ministries, American-trained cops deployed across 18 cities, the US Treasury strong-arming 60 Ukrainian banks into shutting down while conveniently "protecting" depositors’ assets and $266 million casually thrown at training Ukrainian soldiers.
