When both the host (Amol Rajan) & the BBCs Middle East Correspondent (Yolande Knell) deliberately refuse to use the word 'occupied' when saying 'West Bank', how can the BBC accurately report events when they refuse to even acknowledge its an occupation? Clip from last August
