Germany is attempting to deport EU citizens for political activism - even those not convicted of any crime.
Three EU citizens have had their right to free movement revoked and now face deportation for participating in protests against the war in Gaza.
"Their criminal records are clean. Yet the Berlin government appears to be constructing a narrative of imminent danger to sidestep due process."
