Israel’s conduct aiming to ethnically cleanse the occupied Palestinian territory, amounts to a genocidal campaign against the Palestinians as a people.
States must enforce the ICJ Advisory Opinion recognising the unlawfulness of, and ordering an unconditional end to, Israel’s ongoing presence in Gaza, West Bank, east Jerusalem, and enforce the ICJ provisional measures to prevent further acts of genocide.
