Trump shares wild AI clip of his future Gaza with bearded belly dancers

US President Donald Trump has shared an incendiary AI video of his proposal to expel Palestinians from Gaza and turn it into the "Riviera of the Middle East". 

The clip, posted to his Truth Social platform, without comment, is titled "Gaza 2025, What's Next?" 

It was first posted on social media accounts in early February. 

The video starts off by showing scenes of people walking through a destroyed Gaza, which quickly turns into a luxury beach resort with skyscrapers and palm trees. 

At one point, bearded belly dancers are seen dancing on the beach. They are wearing green headbands - not dissimilar to those worn by Hamas fighters.

He features as a golden balloon, a huge golden statue, and as miniature golden ornaments. There's also a "Trump Gaza" tower, akin to the tycoon-turned-president's buildings in New York and Las Vegas.

In other scenes, Trump dances with a belly dancer in a bar, and sunbathes in trunks holding cocktails with Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel's prime minister. 

Billionaire Elon Musk features several times in the video.

In one scene, he is seen sitting on the beach in Gaza eating flatbread and hummus. Later on, he stands along the shore as money is thrown in the air. 

A song plays in the background of the video, with the lyrics: "Donald's coming to set you free, bringing the light for all to see, no more tunnels, no more fear. Trump Gaza's finally here.

"Trump Gaza's shining bright, golden future, a brand new life. Feast and dance the deal is done, Trump Gaza number one."

Trump first announced his proposal to forcibly expel Palestinians from Gaza to Jordan and Egypt in January. Days later, he revealed that the US would "own" the territory as part of the plan. 

“Everybody I've spoken to loves the idea of the United States owning that piece of land, developing and creating thousands of jobs with something that will be magnificent,” Trump told reporters during a news conference with Netanyahu on 5 February. 

“The US will take over the Gaza Strip, and we will do a job with it too. We'll own it and be responsible for dismantling all of the dangerous unexploded bombs and other weapons on the site.”

Amman and Cairo have flatly rejected the plans, and its leaders have met with other Arab officials to discuss alternatives to the proposal. 

Well-placed sources in Amman and Jerusalem told MEE that Jordan was ready to declare war on Israel in the event that Palestinians were forcibly expelled into its territory.
