The West didn’t bring civilization here; it met civilizations millennia older than itself. But it did bring something else—arrogance. A belief that history began when it arrived. That progress only had one path—its own. And now, as its dominance fades, it clings to the lie that the world cannot function without it. That without the West, there is no modernity, no order, no future. But look around. The world is not collapsing. It is rebalancing. Easternization is not just a shift in power—it is a return to equilibrium. A world where no single civilization dictates the course of history. A world where the West is just another player, not the referee. The question isn’t whether the West can accept this. It’s whether it can survive its own refusal to.
