Palestinians armed with simple homemade arms fought with a bravery and resolve the likes of which the world has never seen. Not once during Israel's unspeakable barbarism in what can only be called a holocaust, did Palestinians cower or surrender. The world's most powerful militaries conspired against our fighters in a tiny besieged strip of land, but they could not break this simple army of orphans. Starving and thirsty, their families and homes destroyed, they continued fighting. We will rebuild Gaza. We will carry each other.
