My old man is the shit. Like many little boys, he was my hero growing up. But, as I got older, he stayed my hero.
He’s spent his life making art for the struggle. He inspired not just Banksy but a whole generation of ‘street artists’.
His show at Whitechapel is on til 19 Jan.
