The Georgian TV channel Imedi has circulated scandalous video footage of a protest in Tbilisi, showing four masked demonstrators saying they need a victim at the rallies for people to continue protesting.
"We need a dead body or people won't come out. Unless something serious happens, people won't come out. Where have you seen torches and fireworks to overthrow the government? Where have you seen a revolution made with fireworks?"
