Who Among Us Would Accept This?

To the tune of Woody's and Pete's trenchant "Which Side Are You On?": The day after the slaughter, Gazans marked the 70th anniversary of the Nakba with ongoing demonstrations that saw two more Palestinians killed - bringing the grim total to 62 - and 417 more injured. Grieving survivors also began holding funerals for those killed by Israeli forces the day before, including 8-month-old Laila al-Ghandou, their youngest victim, who died from inhaling tear gas.

In the wake of these atrocities - and international condemnation of them - U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki "Chutzpah" Haley turned up at the Security Council to blame Iran and Hamas,    block a statement   demanding an investigation into Israel's mass murder, praise their "restraint" for not killing more unarmed civilians and insist the violence was unrelated to the grotesque embassy opening in Jerusalem.

In one final act of infuriating hubris, as the Palestinian envoy began to speak, Haley got up and walked out of the distinguished proceedings. So it's confirmed: She is on the self-righteous, fact-defying, arms-selling, baby-killing side.

These people have no shame.
