Reemergence of the “Anti-National”

Sadanand Menon, leading cultural commentator, in conversation with Siddharth Varadarajan, one of the founding editors of The Wire, on nationalism, cultural nationalism and the reemergence of the term “anti-national” in contemporary political discourse.

Menon is one of the authors of a new collection of essays published by Aleph, On Nationalism. Historian Romila Thapar and lawyer A. G. Noorani have also contributed to the book.
