Now that - yes, Virginia - Drumpf is the presumptive if inconceivable GOP nominee following the inglorious and alas wife-punching surrender of Cruz, Argentina's merciless hordes of brown-skinned, Trump-trashed barbarians are making the most of it. With a new soccer-themed ad, they now join enthusiastic trollers like the defiant Hispanic kids in California wearing "Dump Trump" t-shirts, the Mexican filmmakers using his racist rhetoric against him, and the clueless wingnuts in this country freaking out at having suddenlybecome the moral equivalent of the KKK; notes Stephen King, "Conservatives who for 8 years sowed the dragon's teeth of partisan politics are horrified to discover they have grown an actual dragon."

With the 100th anniversary 2016 Copa América, the oldest international soccer competition, coming for the first time to our placid shores in June - with almost a month of games at 10 U.S. cities - the top-rated Argentinians, led by the fiery Lionel Messi, are bringing it to The Donald. The Argentinian TV network TyC Sports has released a terrific ad intercutting Trump's infamous “wall” speech with thrilling footage of the Argentinians romping and sneering and scoring on the field.

Starting with jacket-and-tie wearing players disembarking from planes - "Our country is in serious trouble. We have people coming in through the border that are not people that we want” - it goes to crowds of blue and white fans - “hundreds of thousands of people are coming" - to Ángel Di María lashing the ball into the net - "These are total killers" - to the ever-fierce Messi - "These are not the nice, sweet little people that you think.” It ends with the warning in Spanish, "In truth, the best they can do is not let us in.”
