of double entendres and body doubles

Director Pooja Bhatt insists there was no double entendre intended.
But the title, coupled with the oeuvre of the film's leading lady, Sunny Leone, set off alarm bells at Apple, Google and YouTube.
Apple rejected the filmmakers' request to list "Jism 2" – a sequel to the 2003 film "Jism" – on its Movie Talkies app.
"They wrote to us saying I'm sorry it's a rude word, this is porn," Bhatt said. "We said no it's not, it's a legitimate Hindi film and the word j-i-s-m actually means body."
The interesting question is " whose body" ?
There is tradition in cinema to use body doubles. Even for a well known porn star like Sunny Leone . Someone who obviously has nothing to hide anymore. It is just not Ms. Leone's voice that is fake but even the body one sees on all the posters. the idea for the film, in fact, may have come from a film called Body double.
The famous rape scene in Bandit Queen was done with a low paid body double . the nipple that flashed on screen in Deepa Mehta's "Fire" was that of a body double again.
The stars , it seems will not show their bodies. They would rather 'use' the bodies of lower paid 'body doubles. Exploitation? Exploitation of lower paid wannabe starlets by the star system??
would love a debate.
