Not sufficient defense.
Not credible deterrence.
Full spectrum dominance.
The declared goal of a country whose defense spending exceeds the next ten countries combined is not security.
It is control.
Total, permanent, across every domain, against everyone.
That is not a defensive posture.
That is the military expression of a business model that requires the ability to enforce terms on anyone, anywhere, at any time.
The doctrine says the quiet part.
It always has.
Most people just didn't read the doctrine.
