In Canada, the RCMP’s “structural investigation” under the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act was quietly launched in early 2024. Despite spin from CIJA and Israeli diplomats, the probe explicitly allows criminal prosecution if a Canadian-linked perpetrator of genocide or war crimes is identified. That’s exactly why dual-national IDF reservists who served in Gaza are now afraid to come home, especially after their names were made public by FindIDFSoldiers.net, an open-source database documenting Canadian complicity in Israeli atrocities.
Meanwhile in Belgium, 2 Israeli soldiers were arrested and interrogated at the Tomorrowland festival after legal complaints from the Hind Rajab Foundation and GLAN. The Belgian Federal Prosecutor has confirmed a full war crimes investigation is now underway. It’s the first time in Europe that Israeli suspects tied to Gaza have been subjected to formal legal action on European soil.
The hypocrisy is grotesque. For years, Zionist organizations like Canary Mission, CIJA, and their campus auxiliaries have doxed, blacklisted, and harassed pro-Palestinian students, faculty, and journalists, weaponizing public data to destroy lives, reputations, and careers. That infrastructure of digital repression was cheered as “security.” But now that the same tactics are used to identify foreign fighters in a genocidal military campaign, the cries of “antisemitism” ring out. The panic is about losing monopoly over surveillance and narrative control.
This is the beginning of the end for the era of Israeli impunity abroad. Canada may still stall, but Belgium has opened a breach. The same governments that helped arm a massacre are now being forced to reckon with the aftermath. If you burn children alive in Gaza, your passport, Canadian, Israeli, or otherwise. should not protect you from the law. And if Zionist institutions want to talk about doxing and lawfare, they can start by looking in the mirror.
