"Sovereignty is a commodity that the Arabs .. can cede to Israel".
There's no more "quiet part" to be said out loud.
It's now brazen admission of what they seek from the Arab world.
No they're not promoting freedom or democracy or human rights or stopping WMD, etc.
They want to rule over the Arab world, their resources, economies, foreign policy ... they sovereignty.
They are indirectly admitting that Arab "terrorism" against Israel are legitimate resistance to loss of sovereignty.
