The Chief US Prosecutor at Nuremberg was SCOTUS Justice Robert Jackson, who made this vital point in his Opening Statement about the universal application of Nuremberg principles going forward (despite this, numerous countries, including the US, have adopted the IHRA definition of "anti-semitism" that bans comparisons of Israel to Nazism, even though you're permitted to make that comparison about every other country on earth):
