Francesca Albanese Wins: U.S. Treasury Forced to Drop Sanctions
The U.S. Treasury has removed UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese from its sanctions list, one week after a federal judge ruled the Trump administration LIKELY violated her First Amendment rights by targeting her for speech.
Washington backed down. Albanese is still standing. The mandate survives.
