Zach, in case you missed it, Peter Beinart addressed this topic. The whole notion of claiming that it is "blood libel" to refer to Gaza as a genocide emanated from an open & very dishonest letter from various mainstream Rabbis & Jewish journalists, including (but not limited to) Rabbi Irving (Yitz) Greenberg, Yossi Klein Halevi, & Rabbi Micha Odenheimer. These authors should be truly ashamed of themselves, esp for the false delusional reality they've created.
