French newspaper Le Figaro published that the Israeli regime is conducting a large disinformation campaign, using thousands of fake accounts to promote Reza Pahlavi on Iranian social media platforms. According to the report, in one examined case, 4,765 accounts on X (formerly Twitter) together posted 843 million tweets. In another case, 11,421 accounts generated more than 1.7 billion likes on posts. Figaro added that the hashtag “KingRezaPahlavi” is among the most widely used, mostly driven by fake accounts.
