The plan to turn Gaza into an ethnically-cleansed "Riviera of the Middle East" appears to go back almost a decade to 2016, when Paolo Zampolli -- the man who says he introduced Trump to Melania and who is now his Special Envoy for Global Partnerships -- was pitching it to journalists and politicians alike. Zampolli, a protege of John Casablancas, also has considerable Epstein network connections and has been involved in an insane number of scams and scandals over the years.
