they have recently assessed the population of Gaza at 1.6million. In October 7 2023 they said it was 2.2 million. Where do they think the 600K went?

Israel is not reporting 62K dead still. I note that they have recently assessed the population of Gaza at 1.6million. In October 7 2023 they said it was 2.2 million. Where do they think the 600K went?
