As seen in the last article, AlQaeda was fighting Hezbollah in the Golan Heights. Israel was providing medical treatment for AlQaeda but not Hezbollah. When the Ex-head of Mossad was asked about treating Al Qaeda fighters but not Hezbollah fighters, the Mossad head said Al Qaeda has never attacked Israel.
