Israel tried to pin the blame for its engineered famine in Gaza on Khamas & the UN
When that failed, they turned to denying the famine altogether by highlighting how 3 out of a million starving children in Gaza have confirmed "preexisting conditions"
This is an admission of denying Gazans both food & medicine!
Kids with cerebral palsy don't look like skeletons unless denied both food & medicine!

In famine zones, the sick, immunocompromised & children are always the first to starve. Once adults die from hunger as well (which is the case in Gaza now), it means we're reached catastrophic levels of starvation!
