It's really alarming how many Americans falsely think the US Constitution only applies to US citizens. It's a restriction on US Govt actions -- and applies to all people legally on US soil.

It's really alarming how many Americans falsely think the US Constitution only applies to US citizens. It's a restriction on US Govt actions -- and applies to all people legally on US soil. Otherwise the US Govt could mass arrest all tourists who it concludes has bad views.

It’s remarkable how so many people who just got their law degrees on Twitter don’t understand a basic constitutional principle: a person is not convicted of a crime because someone, including the president, accuses them of a crime. This applies to US citizens & noncitizens alike.
