Had the ICC promptly indicted the Israeli leaders apparently responsible for int'l crimes (e.g forced displacement, population transfer), they would not be announcing more int'l crimes as if they were a badge of honor.

Using starvation as a weapon is a war crime.Israeli leaders are already facing prosecution over this.
