The U.S. has portrayed the Lebanon "ceasefire" as intended to be "permanent." But the Biden administration has tried to rig the deal to allow Israel to strike again in Lebanon whenever it wants. The State Dept. refused to confirm or deny the existence of a secret "side letter."
