While the US House of Representatives was near-unanimous in voting for a new sanctions package against Russia, Iran and North Korea on Tuesday, parts of the bill received a hostile response not only from America’s adversaries, but also its allies.
If anything, I see myself as a “witness.” I’d also be pleased, if you’d call me an “interpreter.” WIM WENDERS
